As an early career professional in industry, I will share my experiences and discuss important skills that helped facilitate my transition from graduate school to a career in industry. I will also share some of the challenges that I have experienced as an early career professional and how I am learning to adapt to these challenges, including building relationships and balancing professional and personal life. Additionally, I will discuss my experiences beginning my career remotely during the Covid pandemic.
