Parasitic arthropods express morphological, physiological and behavioral traits that are vital to parasite interaction with host species and the environment. These arthropod traits are thought to reflect adaptations to the host and environment. The presentations will focus on forces of selection that affect parasitic arthropods and vector-borne pathogen transmission.
