In the mountainous area of Ningbo, China, two tiny insects with peculiar morphology were caught, not knowing how to attribute to the order. One is 1.8mm long, with a pair of pink wings, resembling Homoptera whiteflies; head like flies, compound eyes large, antennae moniliform 28 sections, seemingly with mouth holes, mouthparts structure unknown; prothorax very small, mesothorax large, metathorax length is about 1/2 of mesothorax; mesonotum and metanotum dorsal with four black tubercles; feet slender, tarsal 5-5-5 style, the first tarsal segment longer than the sum of the other 4. The other species is 2.0 mm long, with a small prothorax, a pair of short fleshy wings, distributed on both sides of the body, and unknown wing veins; the head is very large, accounting for 2/5 of the body length, with 11 whip-like antennae, slender; the feet are longer than the body, with tarsal 3-3-3 type, the first and third tarsal segments basically equal in length, and the second segment very short; chewing mouthparts. These two small insects could not be classified into specific orders according to the current taxonomic characteristics of insects, so we asked insect classification experts to set up order categories for these two insects. It is suggested that the first insect should be placed in the order Pink-winged; the second insect should be placed in the order Flesh-winged.
