Science and parenting can be hard, but having a child during graduate school is particularly challenging. I faced many fears when I decided to start a family during graduate school, but I was fortunate to have support from my academica advisor, and it made all the difference in helping me succeed. Here I share a small part of my journey into parenthood and the lessons I learned from my experience.
