The "P" in IPM traditionally stands for "pest," but in this talk it refers to "people." The people involved directly and indirectly in integrated pest management are critical to deciding on program goals, carrying out scouting and management tactics, and ultimately making or breaking your program. I will discuss this take on integrated people management through the lens of my entomological experience at a public garden and within the medical marijuana industry.
