Early career professionals are climbing their way to a lasting job, and once they arrive there, they are trying to determine how to make their job rewarding in the long term. As part of this process, this group of scientists is working to determine their desired job outcomes, as well as the impact they would like to have over the course of their career. They are working to determine how these features overlap with the current career landscape.
